  • 1 tea bag (black or chai tea)
  • Optional: whipped cream or milk froth for topping

Instructions

  1. Warm the Milk: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the warm milk, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Place the tea bag in the mixture and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Froth the milk with a milk frother if desired.
  5. Pour the tea into a mug, top with whipped cream or extra cinnamon if desired, and enjoy!
