Delightful bite-sized treats made with Oreo cookies and pink melting chocolate, perfect for celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz pink melting chocolate
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix crushed Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes for firmness.
  5. Melt the pink chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle in the melted pink chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Sprinkle colorful sprinkles on top of each truffle while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or in the fridge until hard.

Notes

Use flavored melting chocolates for variety or add vanilla/almond extract for extra flavor.
