    • Ghee for frying
  • For Samosas:
    • Potatoes, boiled and mashed
    • Peas
    • Spices (cumin, coriander powder)
    • Pastry dough
  • For Naan bread:
    • All-purpose flour
    • Yogurt
    • Yeast
  • For Raita:
    • Yogurt
    • Cucumber, diced
    • Spices (cumin, salt)
  • For Vegetable Curry:
    • Mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
    • Coconut milk
    • Spices (curry powder)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Start by marinating chicken in yogurt and spices for Chicken Tikka. Grill until fully cooked.
  2. Sauté for Paneer Butter Masala: Sauté onions until golden brown, add tomato puree, then stir in cubed paneer with spices until heated through.
  3. Layer the Biryani: In a pot, layer marinated chicken with partially cooked basmati rice and spices. Cook together.
  4. Create Sweet Gulab Jamun: Mix milk powder and flour for dough. Fry until golden and soak in sugar syrup.
  5. Fry Samosas: Fill pastry dough with mashed potatoes and peas, then fry until crispy.
  6. Serve with Accompaniments: Serve warm Naan, cooling Raita, and a hearty Vegetable Curry.
