Delicious and fun cookie cups filled with Hershey’s Hugs, perfect for celebrating Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 20 Hershey’s Hugs chocolates
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them in greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
  7. Press a Hershey’s Hug into the center of each cookie cup immediately after removing it from the oven.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes in the muffin tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. If desired, top with sprinkles.

Notes

Store leftover cookie cups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for later use.
