  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Create the Creamy Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add fruit spread or fresh fruit and mix well. Set aside.
  2. Whisk the Egg Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until fully combined.
  3. Assemble Your Sandwich: Spread the cream cheese mixture between two slices of bread to make a sandwich. Repeat with the remaining slices.
  4. Heat the Skillet: Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt some butter to coat the bottom.
  5. Dip and Coat: Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides well.
  6. Sauté to Perfection: Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
