A nourishing and quick skillet dish combining ground turkey, earthy mushrooms, and vibrant spinach.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it up; cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Mix in sliced mushrooms, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for another 5 minutes until softened.
  5. Add chopped spinach; cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
