Delicious cookies loaded with rich dark, creamy milk, and sweet white chocolate.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
  5. Stir in the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate chunks.
  6. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased pans.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are nicely browned.
  8. Let cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality chocolate chunks. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week or freeze for up to three months.
