Delightful homemade cookies with a blend of sweetness and colorful Funfetti, topped with a chocolate kiss.

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Funfetti sprinkles
  • 36 chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the unsalted butter, sugar, and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the Funfetti sprinkles.
  6. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  8. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.
  9. Let cool on pans for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Freeze cookie dough balls for longer storage.
