A creamy and indulgent strawberry fudge made with fresh strawberries and white chocolate, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk until melted and smooth.
  3. Add strawberry puree, vanilla extract, and salt to the mixture; mix well.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
  6. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Use high-quality chocolate for better results.
