Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites topped with fresh strawberries, resting on a crunchy graham cracker crust—perfect for summer gatherings!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of silicone molds or mini cupcake liners to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping and diced strawberries.
  5. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the crusts in the molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds and serve.

Notes

Use fresh strawberries for best flavor and feel free to experiment with other seasonal fruits.
