- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, pureed
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 1 cup of strawberry frosting
- 1 cup of crushed golden Oreos
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, combine the cake mix, pureed strawberries, eggs, and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter and set aside.
- Frost the top of the cooled cake generously with strawberry frosting.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo mixture over the frosting.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries on top.
