Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g noodles (your choice)
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once they’re al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until it’s beautifully browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet; sauté until they become fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce and honey. Pour this over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly.
  5. Toss in the cooked noodles, mixing everything together in the skillet.
  6. Finish by drizzling sesame oil over the noodles and seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes over medium heat until everything is heated through.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate your chicken in the soy sauce and honey for 30 minutes before cooking. Feel free to add your favorite vegetables for extra nutrition.
