A sweet, crunchy treat combining Rice Chex, white chocolate, and colorful candy melts, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup green candy melts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Lucky Charms cereal
  • 1/4 cup green sprinkles
  • Butter or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and mini marshmallows.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and green candy melts together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. In a large bag or container, combine the chocolate-coated mixture with powdered sugar and shake until well-coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Lucky Charms and green sprinkles.
  6. Allow to cool, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Customize with different cereals or colors of candy melts!
