  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz noodles (such as rice noodles or udon)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Slice the chicken into thin strips, add to the skillet, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  5. Toss in the broccoli florets and sauté for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour in the soy sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil, stirring to coat everything evenly.
  7. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For extra nutrition, you can add more veggies like bell peppers or snap peas. Adjust chili paste to your spice preference.
