  • 1 cup sourdough starter discard
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pizza toppings of choice (cheese, pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix the dough by combining the sourdough starter discard, flour, salt, sugar, water, and olive oil in a large bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and shape.
  5. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Add your favorite sauce and toppings.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
