Delightful clusters of soft caramel hugging crunchy pecans, perfect for sharing or indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add heavy cream slowly while stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Let the clusters cool completely until they firm up.
