Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped Snickers bars
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped Snickers bars and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  6. Pour filling over cooled crust and chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  7. Drizzle remaining salted caramel sauce on top and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

Allow enough time for the cheesecake to set properly in the fridge. You can use low-fat cream cheese, but it may alter the texture slightly.
