S’mores Cheesecake

A luxurious cheesecake combining chocolate, marshmallows, and graham crackers, reminiscent of beloved campfire treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Additional graham crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust, smoothing the top.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle additional chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers on top.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. Avoid overmixing after adding eggs, and consider using a water bath for a smoother texture.
