A quick and satisfying dish featuring noodles coated in a rich peanut sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (such as spaghetti or rice noodles)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. Whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the sauce, gently tossing to coat every strand.
  4. Serve topped with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro for garnish.

Notes

For extra flavor, feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas. Adjust sweetness according to your preference.
