  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning.
  2. Sear the steak tips in a skillet until browned and cooked to your liking, then set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about a minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
