A delicious stuffed chicken breast filled with a creamy blend of cheese and spinach, reminiscent of Ruth’s Chris Steak House.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Prepare each chicken breast by making a pocket in the center.
  4. Stuff each breast with the creamy spinach mixture.
  5. Sear the stuffed chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Bake the chicken in a baking dish for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through (165°F or 74°C internal temperature).
  7. Let the stuffed chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using fresh herbs or spices in the filling. Ensure cream cheese is softened for best results.
