Crunchy and savory roasted chickpeas with a smoky paprika flavor, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
