A delightful no-bake dessert that captures the beloved flavors of Reese’s with a creamy cheese ball perfect for sharing.

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini Reese’s Pieces
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter cups
  • 1/4 cup mini Reese’s Pieces (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanut butter cups (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, blend softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups until evenly distributed.
  3. Using clean hands, form the mixture into a compact ball. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine the remaining mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups for the coating.
  5. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in the prepared coating to cover evenly.
  6. Place on a serving plate and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping.

Notes

Bring cream cheese to room temperature for maximum creaminess. This dessert can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
