Delightful heart-shaped pastries filled with raspberry pie filling, perfect for special occasions or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 cup raspberry pie filling
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for sprinkling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into heart shapes.
  3. Place a dollop of raspberry pie filling in the center of each heart.
  4. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create an enclosed shape, or leave them open for a more rustic look.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
