  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup green beans (canned or frozen)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and ranch dressing over medium heat. Stir well to ensure the flavors meld together beautifully.
  2. Add the diced carrots, celery, potatoes, corn, and green beans to the pot.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat everything through.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
