Easy and delicious roasted potatoes with a crispy exterior and fluffy interior, perfect for any meal.

  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dice them into even pieces.
  3. Toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs in a large bowl.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  6. Serve hot once crispy and golden.

Notes
