A comforting dish that combines seasoned ground beef and rice in a tangy tomato sauce, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 cup Minute rice
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground beef, Minute rice, diced onion, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Combine the tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning in a large skillet.
  3. Add the meatballs to the skillet and cover with sauce.
  4. Bring the skillet to a gentle simmer over medium heat and cover.
  5. Cook for about 30 minutes, turning the meatballs occasionally.
  6. Serve warm drizzled in sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped garlic or adjust the meat type. Ideal with rice or mashed potatoes.
