A luscious pistachio mascarpone frosting that adds a rich, creamy touch and nutty crunch to cakes and cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup finely ground pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form.
