A delightful blend of sweet and salty with buttery toffee and crunchy pecans over crispy Club crackers.

  • 42 Club crackers
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and arrange the Club crackers in a single, even layer.
  3. In a medium-sized saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the granulated sugar and stir constantly until it comes to a rolling boil.
  5. Maintain a steady boil for 2 minutes, stirring without pause.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the hot toffee over the prepared crackers, ensuring complete coverage.
  8. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the toffee.
  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the toffee is bubbling and lightly golden.
  10. Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces along the cracker lines.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
