  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Add the peanut butter and cream cheese, and mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  4. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
