Delightful muffins combining creamy peanut butter and tropical guava puree, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup guava puree
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, guava puree, and sugars until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk, until combined.
  6. Fill muffin tins about 2/3 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for a week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
