Fluffy cinnamon rolls filled with juicy peaches and topped with sweet icing, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup peaches, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together.
  3. Add softened butter and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Sprinkle diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the rolled dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other, creating a log, and cut into 8 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish, ensuring they are close but not touching.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make icing. Drizzle over warm rolls and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Leftovers can be stored at room temperature for up to 2 days or frozen for a month.
