Crispy and caramelized oven-roasted broccoli that’s bursting with flavor and easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the broccoli is tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Serve warm as a side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
