Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and fresh herbs if you’re using them.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
