A comforting dish featuring frozen dumplings baked in a rich peanut sauce with vibrant broccoli.

  • 14–20 frozen dumplings
  • 2 cups broccoli florets, trimmed into small pieces
  • 2 cups broth or water
  • â…” cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 2–4 tablespoons chili crisp (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a medium casserole dish.
  2. Pour the broth into the baking dish, add peanut butter, garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, and mix until smooth.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings in the dish, flat-side down, and spoon some sauce over each.
  4. Place broccoli florets around the dumplings, ensuring they are partially covered in sauce.
  5. Cover with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and stir the sauce, then let sit for 5 minutes for thickening.
  7. Top with green onions, cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp (if using), and serve.

Notes

Make the sauce a day in advance for deeper flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
