A delightful dish featuring salmon fillets coated in a sweet and tangy orange glaze, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 1/2 cup Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp Orange zest
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  3. Coat the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the glaze over the fish, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  5. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the glaze, if desired.
  6. Garnish with additional orange zest if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

For freshest flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice and zest. Adjust sweetness and saltiness to taste.
