A comforting One-Pot Beefaroni recipe that combines ground beef, elbow macaroni, and melted mozzarella cheese for a hearty family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat until cooked through, draining any excess fat.
  2. Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until softened and fragrant.
  3. Combine the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, elbow macaroni, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes until macaroni is cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
