A simple and comforting one-pan meal featuring Italian sausage and vibrant roasted vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights or laid-back Sundays.

  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 3 Bell peppers (any color, chopped)
  • 1 Zucchini (sliced)
  • 1 Red onion (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine sliced Italian sausage with chopped veggies in a large baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the sausage and vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning across the top.
