Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp real butter

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  2. Sear the chicken in a large skillet with melted butter over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Sauté the garlic in the pan for about a minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Mix in the egg noodles, reduce heat, and simmer for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  6. Toss in the remaining butter and parsley before serving hot.
