A vibrant and creamy no-bake dessert that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the rich flavor of mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1214 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
  3. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and layer half of the sliced strawberries on top.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.
  7. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.

Notes

Be gentle when folding in the mascarpone to maintain the airy texture. You can try different fruits or use graham crackers instead of ladyfingers.
