Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate chips together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, egg yolks, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Blend the melted chocolate mixture into your egg combination until well combined.

  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are firm but the center remains soft.
