Delightful frozen treats combining rich coffee flavor with creamy chocolate, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup milk or dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate chips (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the brewed coffee, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Add sticks to the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  4. Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the pops, then gently remove and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Experiment with different molds for easy pop removal.
