A creamy, vibrant Mexican Street Corn Dip perfect for any gathering, bringing together the fresh flavors of corn, cilantro, and cotija cheese.

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cotija cheese (or feta cheese)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)
  • 12 jalapeños (diced, optional)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions
