A quick and delicious low carb twist on chicken wraps, filled with cheesy garlic chicken and fresh toppings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb wraps
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: diced tomatoes, avocado, ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with garlic, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt the cheese by mixing it into the chicken mixture until gooey.
  4. Fill each lettuce leaf or wrap with a portion of the cheesy garlic chicken.
  5. Add optional toppings if desired.
  6. Roll up the wraps and serve immediately.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for a faster option. Feel free to mix veggies or change the cheese for variety.
