A luxurious lobster tail dinner, perfect for special occasions or a treat at home. Tender lobster meat baked with garlic butter and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top of the lobster shell lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.
  8. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve alongside a crisp salad or light pasta and a chilled white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
