A delicious fusion of baked potatoes and pizza topped with ranch dressing, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and pre-bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread ranch dressing over the pre-baked crust.
  5. Layer the cooked and sliced potatoes, followed by the chopped bacon.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and top with sliced green onions before serving.
