A comforting and flavorful Lemon Chicken recipe that brings nostalgia and joy to the family table.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper, then coat them in Parmesan cheese.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat until golden and foamy.
  4. Sauté the minced garlic in the butter until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  5. Pour the lemon juice into the skillet and stir well.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken in a baking dish and pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over them.
  7. Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is juicy and no longer pink inside.
  8. Garnish the chicken with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Taste the sauce before pouring it over the chicken to adjust seasoning as needed. You can use chicken thighs for a juicier option.
