1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size, and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Serve with additional soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
