A delightful combination of tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and soy sauce mingled with fluffy rice, creating a warm and comforting dish.

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet. Cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Push the chicken to one side. Pour in beaten eggs and scramble until fluffy.
  4. Add cooked rice and drizzle soy sauce over it. Mix well.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables and green onions, cooking until heated through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything together.
  7. Dish out the fried rice hot and enjoy!
