Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Drop generous spoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them out.
